Flashy Academy Changelog

What shipped here, newest first. Every entry is derived automatically from this property’s own commit history by @flashyos/shiplog — nobody writes one by hand — and the same record is served as devlog/1 for machines. The hash beside each commit is that entry’s leaf on the estate transparency log: click it to land on that exact leaf and recompute its inclusion proof. The last few entries may not be folded yet — the explorer says so rather than pretending.
